  1. How much is shipping?

Being that we ship from various warehouses located around the world to almost every country in the world, your shipping cost may vary. We offer several shipping options with various rates for you to choose from. The shipping rates will be shown before you finalize your order and pay. We promise to use the lowest cost shipping method to save you the most money, while still getting you your package in a timely manner.

 

  1. What is the difference between Standard, Express, and Fastest Available Shipping?

Standard shipping means your order will be processed in the order it was received and shipped at the lowest cost shipping available. Express shipping means your order will be moved to the top of the list of orders and get picked, packed, processed, and shipped before any standard orders, thus getting your order in route to you quicker. Fastest Available shipping means you get express shipping plus an upgrade to a faster worldwide delivery service costing up to the price you paid for the shipping upgrade.   1. How long will it take to receive my package?

We are based in Arizona, USA, but we ship from various warehouses located around the world to customers located around the world. So your order delivery time will vary, please be patient. Most orders will only take about 10-30 business days to arrive to you. Although some areas of the world may take up to 60 business days for your order to arrive to you. Click on Order Lookup on our menu bar and enter your Tracking Number to get shipping updates (not available in all countries).

 

  1. Why did I only receive a partial order in my delivery?

If you ordered multiple items and only received part of your order, then do not worry. Sometimes we ship items from various warehouses around the world. You will receive your entire order, but your packages may arrive to you on different days. Click on Order Lookup on our menu bar and enter your Tracking Number to get shipping updates (not available in all countries).

 

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and bank or debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and JCB, also some countries can use PayPal, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. 

 

  1. Is your website safe and secure? 

Yes, we use the highest 256 bit encryption available. You can check our URL at the top of the page and click on the padlock symbol and Secure designation (normally green in color), also see the "https://" where the "s" stands for Secure. We also use several third party security companies to ensure the highest level of protection for our customers. We make certain our website is safe and secure to use for any passwords, credit cards, or other private information.
